Briefly Summarizing Known History Of The Property:
Rozzelles Ferry Road
was once a major highway of Charlotte, NC and the US. Thus, automobiles and
trucks became the principal means of transportation through this area.
Inevitably, with this abundance of heavy pass-through traffic, a surplus of
commercial structures were rapidly developing along the then new interstate.
This structure was most likely originally a filling station where travelers
would refresh their empty tanks while they stopped for a stretch from a long
trip down NC 27.
